机车车体断面结构的优化设计

摘    要:机车车体的刚度特性直接影响机车车体的可靠性、安全性及密封性能。但目前机车车体结构分析偏重于强度指标,主要以结构强度作为关键指标进行产品定型。文章根据结构设计的刚度准则,并参考目前几种车型的断面结构,对机车车体断面进行了优化分析,为车体断面型式的合理设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The stiffness character impacts the critical index of locomotive car body such as reliability,safety and leak-proofness.At the present time,locomotive car body structure design imbalances strength analysis,the structure strength of car body's is considered as critical index.This paper studies locomotive car body cross-section bases on the stiffness design criterion and the several car body cross-section structures.The correlative supporting is given to design rational car body cross-section.
