摘    要:文章介绍了35CrMoA材质电力机车合金钢车轴的研制过程,从结构优化设计、强度校核计算、残余应力试验、疲劳试验等方面对车轴的研制进行严密论证.结果表明,该合金钢车轴可以应用于我国现有大功率电力机车,并具有推广意义.

Abstract:This paper presents the development methods about 35CrMoA material axle of electric locomotive.The development is expounded strictly from optimize structure design,strength check calculation,residual stresses tests and fatigue test.The results show that 35CrMoA material axle can be applied on domestic high power electric locomotive and has the value of promotion.
