摘    要:研究目的:通过对郑西铁路客运专线潼洛川、高桥、凤凰岭3座大断面湿陷性黄土隧道的施工,分析与总结出大断面湿陷性黄土隧道Ⅴ级围岩段采用CRD法开挖与施工的施工方法以及合理工序、步长、人员、机械设备配置;分析地表沉降、拱顶下沉、水平收敛与开挖工序、黄土含水量、雨水的关系和变形规律。研究结果:确定出切合实际的进度指标和各个工序的作业循环时间;提出变形稳定性控制的参考指标;结合施工取得的经验教训,总结出大断面湿陷性黄土隧道施工控制变形的措施,并提出需进一步研究探讨的设计与施工技术问题。

Abstract:Research purposes:Based on the construction of three large-section collapsible loess tunnels, Tongluochuan Tunnel,Gaoqiao Tunnel and Fenghuangling Tunnel,this paper analyzes and summarizes the CRD construction method of grade V large-section collapsible loess and proper process,distance between the stages,personnel,arrangement of facilities and equipments.Reference index of deformation stability-controlling was expounded by analyzing the relationship between ground settlement,vault settlement,horizontal shrink and excavation process,loess water content,rainfall and deformation rule. Research results:It ensures the practical progress index and time of every process circulation.From the experience and practice of construction,deformation-controlling measures are summarized and some problems about design and construction technology are submitted to be further probed and researched.
