客运专线大断面黄土隧道浅埋偏压施工技术

摘    要:研究目的:郑西客运专线大部分隧道为黄土隧道。隧道断面大,设计V级围岩开挖断面达163.53m2。施工难度非常大。贺家庄隧道出口段施工中,出现了隧道拱顶下沉过大、地表出现裂纹等现象。根据现场施工的具体情况,通过本文的分析研究,解决大断面黄土隧道浅埋偏压的施工中的部分技术问题。研究结果:(1)大断面黄土隧道宜采用钢架,而不宜采用格栅;(2)要使结构尽快封闭成环;(3)应有效地控制各分步开挖、支护过程中的变形;(4)应对地表进行全封闭防水处理。
