无碴轨道工后沉降变形观测、评估的集成理念

摘    要:研究目的:针对客运专线无碴轨道铺设的关键控制措施——工后沉降变形观测、评估,提出工后沉降变形观测、评估的集成思想,希望有助于提高建设、施工管理人员对该问题的认知,有助于客运专线的建设。研究方法:系统分析国外相关资料,结合我国客运专线建设的具体情况和已发布的相关指南,先分析独立单元的沉降变形,后集成不同单元的沉降变形,进行系统分析。研究结论:通过对路基、桥涵、隧道等单元之间的变形差异性影响分析和系统评估,明确各单元间沉降变形对铺设无碴轨道的影响,消除彼此间的变形差异影响;明确无碴轨道的铺设时间,切实保证无碴轨道的生命周期。

Abstract:Research purposes: The purposes are to be conducive to enhancing the knowledge of builders and clerks of works on observation and evaluation of settlement deformation after work and construction of passenger dedicated line by putting forward the integration concept on the key controls measures for the observation and evaluation of settlement deformation after work.Research methods:Through making analysis of the information of foreign countries,first the analysis was made for the settlement deformation of independent units,then the systematic analysis was made for the integrated settlement deformation of different units according to the concrete conditions of building passenger dedicated line in China and the correlative codes.Research conclusions:Through the analysis and systematic evaluation of inferences from the difference settlement deformation between the different units such as roadbed,bridge and culvert,tunnel etc.,the impact on the ballastless track by settlement deformation of every unit was determined so as to eliminate the impacts of settlement deformation by each unit and also the time of laying ballastless track was determined to ensure the ballastless's service lifecycle.
