无砟轨道铺装设备的设计研究

研究目的:针对客运专线无砟轨道建设的需求,研究设计无砟轨道铺装设备。研究结果:试制出一种功能完善、适应性强、造价便宜、操作简便的无砟轨道铺装设备,满足施工要求,可在客运专线路基、桥梁上和隧道内铺设轨道板、双块式轨枕、轨排、部分道岔部件,保证了施工质量,且可提高作业效率。

Research on the Design for Laying Equipment of Ballastless Track

Research purposes:Aiming at the requirements for the building of passenger dedicated railway line, some construction equipments of ballastless track are researched and designed. Research results:A kind of ballastless track laying device with complete function,high adaptation,low cost and easy operation has been developed and manufactured,which can satisfy the construction requirements, guarantee the construction quality and improve the working efficiency for laying track slab,double-slab tie, track panel and some components of switch on the subgrade and bridge and in the tunnel of railway passenger dedicated line.
