摘    要:研究目的:随着我国铁路客运专线和高速铁路的发展,摸索适合我国国情的无碴轨道铺设施工技术,总结无碴轨道施工和维修的技术标准,已成为我国铁路发展的当务之急。 研究方法:遂渝线无碴轨道综合试验段是国内首次尝试在路基上成区段铺设双块式无碴轨道。施工中根据设计要求,从实践出发,不断探索和完善施工工艺,研制改进工装设备,从而攻克诸多技术难题,圆满完成了施工科研任务。 研究结果:动车试验各项技术指标均达到或超过了设计要求。试验段的成功建设对我国无碴轨道设计和施工具有重要指导意义。本文对双块式无碴轨道施工技术进行了重点总结,包括控制测量、道床混凝土施工及裂纹防治、低弹模混凝土摊铺、轨排组装与精调等,并对设计和施工提出了改进建议。

Abstract:Research purposes: With the developments of passenger dedicated railway and high-speed railway,it is every urgent to explore the suitable construction technology for laying ballastless track in China and summing up the technical standards for construction and maintenance of ballastless track.Research methods:Laying bi-block ballastless track on subgrade by section in overall test section on Suining-Chongqing Railway was the first time for China to lay such track.The construction technology and equipments were developed and improved continuously in the course of construction on the basis of design requirements,which led completing the research works of science and technology successfully.Research results:The tested technical indexes of MU met or exceeded the designed reqmrements.The successful construction of test line has an important guidance for the design and construction of ballastless track in China.In this paper,the summary is made for the construction technology for bi-block ballastless track mainly,including control survey,ballast concrete construction,crack prevention,low elastic module concrete paving,track panel layout and fine adjustment etc.and also the modified suggestions are proposed to the design and construction of bi-block ballastless track.
