唐山地区铁路规划研究

研究目的：分析唐山地区既有铁路现状，结合城市总体规划和铁路中长期发展规划，贯彻“外货内客”的思维和总图多层次化的理念，对新线建设时机进行分析论证，对规划年度地区客货运系统进行多方案比选，研究提出唐山地区铁路规划布局和分期实施方案，以指导铁路建设，更好地满足唐山市建设发展的需要。研究结论：唐山地区格局为三纵六横布置；地区客运站按照两站格局，一主一辅，主要客站为唐山站，辅助客站为唐山北站；修建货车外绕线，实现“外货内客”形式；利用既有铁路富余能力开行8对市郊客车。近期建设津秦客运专线、蒙东煤炭下水通道、京秦城际铁路唐山北站至唐山站段，远期建设京秦城际铁路全线、滨海新区至曹妃甸城际铁路。
