| 摘 要： | 关键技术的引进是我国铁路实现跨越式发展的必由之路 ,加快关键技术的引进并尽快实现国产化和产业化 ,有利于实现先进技术的消化、吸收和创新。通过对新型内燃机车寿命周期费用的简要分析 ,阐述了引进关键技术有利于降低机车寿命周期成本。

| Abstract: | Introducing of key technology abroad is the only way to approach leap-over development of China railways,which requires not only acquire key technology abroad but also realize its localization as well as industrialization so as to enable to takeover and absorb such key technology as well as make further technical innovations in China This article mainly discusses how such key technologies introduced abroad helps reduce locomotive lifetime cost through analyzing the breakdown lifetime cost of a new type diesel locomotive |
