高速动车组连续测力轮对仿真分析

摘    要:通过有限元仿真的手段对400 km/h高速动车组的车轮进行了静态载荷模拟计算,并根据计算结果对测力轮对连续测量方案进行了初步设计,同时对离心力引起的测量误差以及测力轮对的动态频响特性进行了评估,为高速动车组连续测力轮对的设计和使用提供参考。

Abstract:Finite element Analysis(FEA) is used to analyze wheel stress map of static loads for high speed EMU,and strain gage bridges of the instrument wheelset are preliminarily designed based on the FEA results.Errors induced by centrifugal force and dynamic response have been evaluated subsequently,which is helpful for design and application of instrumented wheelset for high speed EMU.
