| 摘 要： | 用异氰酸酯改性环氧树脂为粘合剂,玻璃纤维布为增强材料,采用模压成型工艺制得V500、SS400+、MLXY2、GJ250等型号高速动车组受电弓绝缘弓角,确定了其合适的树脂方案和加工工艺参数。经检测,结果表明其具有优异的机械、电气、耐候性能,满足高速电动车组受电弓使用要求。

| Abstract: | The modified epoxy resin as adhesive,glass fiber cloth as reinforcing material,using a special molding process system we have developed V500,SS400+,MLXY2 insulated horns,and determined its appropriate resin and processing program Parameters.Through tests of the mechanical and electric properties,the results indicate that the homs have excellent mechanical /resistance weathering and electric properties,and it can meet the requirement of boms. |
