| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种自制的发动机气门与座圈强化磨损试验系统的组成和功能,该试验系统由配气传动系统,高温系统,控制系统,润滑系统和冷却水系统组成,可在短时间内快速获得气门与座圈的磨损下沉量.该试验系统可进行气门与气门座圈材料、硬度的匹配试验,可研究工作参数对气门与座圈磨损寿命的影响,可研究气门与座圈摩擦副的摩擦学性能.利用该试验系统进行某型号发动机气门与气门座圈多方案匹配磨损试验,选出了最佳匹配方案.
