摘    要:以转向架构架为研究对象,分别使用FKM标准1]和商业软件MSC.Fatigue对其进行疲劳损伤计算,并将2种计算结果进行对比.对于焊接结构,基于FKM标准的焊接件损伤值比使用MSC.Fatigue计算出的伤值大;对于非焊接结构则得到相反的结果.通过分析FKM标准的评价参数得出基于FKM标准评价转向架构架疲劳寿命具有一...

Abstract:The fatigue damage of a freight car bogie frame was calculated according to the FKM-Guideline and the commercial software MSC.Fatigue respectively.From the comparison,it cought be concluded that the result of FKM-Guideline was bigger than that of MSC.Fatigue for welded components,while for non-welded components,the result was opposite.By analyzing the parameters of the FKM-Guideline,the fatigue life assessment of bogie frames based on the FKM-Guideline has certain practical value.
