摘    要:介绍粘接技术的特点以及胶粘剂在轨道交通车辆中车窗玻璃、车身外部、车内部件、车内地板4个方面的应用现状,论述了胶粘剂粘接等级的分类方法和特点,阐述了胶粘剂的选择和基材表面处理等使用方法,分析了粘接后胶粘剂在列车运用中的老化原因,提出了相关标准和测试方法,同时也指出了粘接技术的局限性,最后展望了粘接技术在轨道交通车辆领域的应用前景和产品开发方向,以便使粘接技术更好地促进轨道交通行业的发展。

Abstract:The characteristics of bonding technology and its application status in the four aspects of window glass, body exterior, interior parts and interior floor of rail transit vehicles were introduced. The classification method and characteristics of adhesive bonding grade were discussed. The application methods of adhesive selection and substrate surface treatment were expounded. The aging reasons of adhesive, relevant standard and test methods after bonding in train operation were also introduced, the limitations of the bonding technology were also pointed out. Finally, the application prospect and product development direction of bonding technology in the field of rail transit vehicles were prospected, so as to make the bonding technology better promote the development of rail transit industry.
