摘    要:介绍了散热器热分析的基本方法。比较了两种常用的数值分析方法-有限单元法和有限差分法,应用有限元方法对SS8机车半导体散热器的稳态热分布进行了简要的分析。简化了试验过程,提高了热效率。

Abstract:Thermal analysis method of heat sink is introduced. Two numerical analysis methods, finite element method and finite difference method, are compared. The finite element method is applied to briefly analysis on steady state thermal distribution of the heat sink of power semiconductors for SS8 locomotive.The test process is simplified and the thermal efficency is improvement.
