中国高速铁路线路工程技术创新与发展

摘    要:近年来,中国高速铁路线路工程技术取得了不菲的成就。其发展历程大致可分为以秦沈客运专线为代表的技术积累阶段、以国产化为主的积极推进阶段、以全面自主化创新为标志的自主提升阶段和智能化阶段。本文概述了铁路列车荷载图式、CRTSⅢ板式无砟轨道及轨道部件研发、路基结构变形控制、大跨度桥梁和长大复杂地质隧道建设等主要技术成就,结合当前国内、国际形势提出了高速铁路线路工程智能化、绿色化、装配化和精细化的发展方向,并针对线形、轨道、路基、桥梁、隧道和车站枢纽等提出了下步的工作重点,可为国家科技部门和铁路部门的技术政策制定与科研课题立项提供参考和支撑。

Technical Innovation and Development of High-speed Railway Line Engineering

Abstract:Great achievements have been made in line engineering technologies of high-speed railway in China in recent years.The development process can be roughly divided into such four stages as technology accumulation stage represented by Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated line,active promotion stage dominated by localization,independent promotion stage marked by comprehensive independent innovation and intelligent stage.This paper summarizes the technical achievements of railway train load schema,research and development of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track and track components,deformation control of subgrade structure,and construction of long-span bridge and long tunnel with complex geology.Combined with the current domestic and international situations,this paper puts forward the developing directions of intelligentization,greenization,assembly and refinement of high-speed railway line engineering and the emphases of future work for alignment,track,subgrade,bridge,tunnel and station hub,which can provide reference and support for the national science and technology department and the railway department in formulating the technical policies and establishing the scientific research projects.
