浮置板轨道系统动力响应分析

摘    要:为了分析浮置板轨道的动态特性,根据结构动力学原理建立浮置短板-隧道、浮置长板-隧道和普通轨道-隧道的有限元模型。利用落轴冲击仿真分析和施加实测轮轨力进行动力响应分析两种方法,对浮置短板、浮置长板和普通轨道进行仿真分析,对比分析了其动力响应性能。落轴冲击分析结果和施加实测轮轨力谐响应分析的结论一致。这表明:浮置板轨道隔振性能主要由其固有频率决定,只要浮置短板和浮置长板的固有频率相同,隔振性能基本相同。可以通过增加浮置板质量和降低浮置板支承刚度的方法降低浮置板轨道系统的固有频率,以达到较好的隔振性能。

Abstract:In order to analyze the dynamic behavior of the floating slab track(FST),the shot floating slab track-tunnel model,long floating slab track-tunnel model and ordinary track-tunnel model are developed on the basis of structural dynamics.Their dynamic responses are compared through the falling wheel-set and the dynamic force.The results of these methods are coincident: the vibration isolation performance of the FST is mainly determined by its inherent frequency.If a track with short floating slabs and another with long ones have the same inherent frequency,the vibration isolation performance of them will be proximately the same.By both increasing the mass and reducing the support stiffness of the slabs,the natural frequency of the FST system can be reduced and a better performance of vibration isolation can be achieved.
