装配化模具在节段预制拼装连续刚构桥中的应用

节段预制拼装连续刚构施工具有节段梁预制质量轻、运输方便、拼装成桥速度快、环境干扰小等优点,为城市高架桥梁设计和施工所青睐。介绍了结合节段预制拼装连续刚构桥梁施工实践研发的节段预制装配化模具、测量塔、线形监控软件、临时支墩、托架、装配式支架、湿接缝施工移动模架、临时预应力张拉装置、移动式防护装置等装配化模具。新技术和新工艺将进一步推动节段预制拼装工艺向更加绿色低碳循环方向发展。

Application of Assembly Mould in Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge with Segment Prefabricated Assembly

Continuous rigid frame structure with segment pre-fabricated assembly is widely favored by people in bridge de-sign and construction,because of the light weight,convenient transportation,fast bridge assembling and small environment interference. In this paper,the assembly mould,survey tower, linear monitoring soft,wet joint construction mobile die frame, temporary prestressing tension device and movable protective device developed for segment prefabrication in the construc-tion of continuous rigid frame bridge are introduced.The tech-nologies and new processes will further improve the develop-ment of segmental prefabricated assembly process in the direc-tion of greener and low carbon cycle.
