发展智慧城轨 助力智慧城市与交通强国建设

2020年3月12日,《中国城市轨道交通智慧城轨发展纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)以中城轨〔2020〕10号文件正式颁布实施。《纲要》以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为根本遵循,将智慧城轨建设作为交通强国建设的重要支撑之一。“交通强国”和“智慧城市”建设是以习近平为核心的党中央、国务院的战略部署,是新时代实现交通高质量发展的必由之路。城轨行业必须坚持把智慧城轨作为“交通强国”和“智慧城市”建设的总抓手,统筹规划,系统推进。

Develop Smart Urban Rail Transit,Build Smart City and Transportation Power

On 12 March,2020,the Outline of Smart Urban Rail Transit Development(the“Outline”in short for the followings)was officially published for implementation,as the No.10 document of China Urban Rail2020].The“Outline”is rooted in President Xi′s thought on“Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”,and places smart urban rail transit construction as the crucial support for building China′s strength in transportation.Constructing“Transportation Power”and“Smart City”is part of the strategic deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council of China centered on President Xi,and is the absolute path towards high quality development of transportation in the new era.The urban rail transit industry must stick to smart urban rail transit as the comprehensive grasp for the construction of“Transportation Power”and“Smart City”,and must implement the construction with overall planning and schematic promotion.
