| 摘 要： | 我国多地城市轨道交通已陆续进入建设和运营并举发展的阶段,对新线工程的效率和质量、运营服务的品质提出了新的要求。从运营视角,阐述了新线运营管理的概念及内涵,运用PDCA(策划、实施、检查、处置)管理原则,探讨了杭州地铁新线运营筹备管理模式及运营需求标准化的实践问题,为又好又快地促进地铁建设与运营良性互动发展提供借鉴。
