高速动车组铝结构侧墙加工工艺研究

摘    要:高速动车组侧墙部件是高铁铝结构的核心部件之一,由于整车挠度的技术要求,需带预制挠度焊接和加工,开发一套既能准确补偿挠度变化、又能快速有效完成加工过程的侧墙加工工艺是全面提高铝结构大部件加工能力的关键。研究了侧墙加工的工艺开发、夹具设计、刀具选型、工艺流程及数控程序的三维仿真验证。

Abstract:The side wall component is one of the core components of the high-speed EMU aluminum structure.Due to the technical requirements of the deflection of the whole vehicle,it needs to be welded and processed with prefabricated deflection.Developing a side wall processing technology that can accurately compensate for deflection changes and complete the process quickly and effectively is the key to comprehensively improving the processing capacity of aluminum structure large components.The process development,fixture design,tool selection,process flow and 3 D simulation verification of CNC programs for side wall processing are studied.
