长浏城际铁路黄花机场至浏阳段线路方案研究

摘    要:长浏城际铁路由西向东贯穿湖南省枢纽机场—黄花国际机场,将黄花国际机场与长株潭城市群城际网紧密衔接在一起,黄花机场至浏阳作为本项目的重要组成部分,是一条以城际客流为主、兼顾部分城市客流的城际铁路,同时也是服务于黄花机场的快速轨道交通。通过运用路网规划选线方法,局部方案比选研究,对候选方案进行评价,得到的最优方案能为黄花国际机场新增快速、便捷、舒适性好、可靠度高的轨道运输方式直通长沙市区与长株潭城市群其他地区,达到路网布局合理、促进地方经济发展、加快长株潭城市群"一核"与"两圈"之间融合、聚集的目的。

Research on Route Scheme of Huanghua Airport to Liuyang Section of Changsha-Liuyang Intercity Railway

Abstract:From west to east,the Changsha-Liuyang Intercity Railway runs through the Huanghua International Airport which is the hub airport of Hunan province, and connects the Huanghua International Airport to the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and intercity railway network closely. As an important part of the project,mainly serving the intercity passenger flow as well as giving consideration to the urban passenger flow,the Huanghua Airport to Liuyang section is an intercity railway line and simultaneously functions as a rapid rail transit for the Huanghua International Airport. In this paper,by using route selection method of railway network planning,through comparison and research on the local schemes,and after evaluation on alternative schemes,the optimal route scheme was obtainedeventually. With this optimal scheme,a rapid,convenient,comfortable and reliable rail transportation mode will be added to the Huanghua International Airport,and will go straight to Changsha downtown and other districts in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Therefore,the following goals can be achieved: reasonably arranging the railway network,promoting local economy development,accelerating the fusion and congregation between"one core"and"two circles"of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
