30t轴重12号重载道岔交叉渡线轮轨力学行为及安全性研究

摘    要:30 t轴重重载道岔已在山西中南部通道正线上投入使用,但对配套重载交叉渡线的研究尚属空白。基于车辆-道岔耦合动力学,采用多体动力学分析软件SIMPACK建立30 t重载货车-12号交叉渡线动力仿真模型,分析重载列车过岔方式、过岔速度及轨底坡设计对行车安全性的影响,为30 t轴重重载铁路交叉渡线的设计提供合理建议。

Wheel-rail Interaction and Safety Analysis of No.12 Scissors Crossover for 30 t Axle-load Wagon

Abstract:The turnouts designed for 30 t axle-load wagon have been used on central and southern heavy haul railway corridor in Shanxi province. However,no study has ever been conducted on auxiliary scissors crossover for heavy haul railway. Based on vehicle-turnout coupled dynamics,a No. 12 scissors crossover coupled dynamic model for 30 t axle- load wagon is established with multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK. The influences of wagons passing though scissors crossover,wagon speed and rail cant on wagon running safety indexes are analyzed. Reasonable recommendations are proposed for the design of the scissors crossover for 30 t axle-load heavy haul railway.
