穿隧道架梁的高速铁路900t架桥机研制

摘    要:为了更好地适应我国高速铁路建设需求,在不牺牲普通运架分离式架桥机的正常施工工效的前提下,满足高速铁路建设过程中西南山区出现的多桥隧相连的工况,以沪昆高速铁路贵州凯里段为依托,研制穿隧道架梁的900 t架桥机。施工过程中,架桥机与配套运梁车配合,自助、高效地完成架梁状态与通过隧道状态的转换,实现隧道出口近距离架梁,并在普通工况下实现高效施工,完全实现设计目的,满足施工需求。该架桥机的研制成功,不仅解决了目前我国西南山区高速铁路建设的燃眉之急,为新型架桥机的研制提供可靠的理论、实践依据,同时也为国内大量闲置架桥机的改造提供了参考样本,经济效益显著。

Development of 900 t Though-tunnel Bridge Girder Erecting Machine

Abstract:In order to satisfy the needs of high-speed rail construction in China without sacrificing the normal construction efficiency of ordinary transport-erection separated erecting machine, the 900 t erecting machine with girder erection capability through tunnel is developed based on the section of Guizhou Kaili on Shanghai- Kunming railway for high-speed railway construction in Southwest Mountains where tunnels and bridges are closely connected. In the construction process,the erecting machine and supporting beam carrier are coordinated to fulfill automatically and effectively girder erection and tunnel passing to allow immediate girder erection at the tunnel exit. Efficient construction is obtained under the general conditions to fulfill design goal and satisfy construction requirements. The development of this erecting machine can not only resolve the urgent needs of current high-speed railway construction in mountain areas of southwest China, but also provide reliable theory and practical basis for the development of new erecting machines. Meanwhile,it provides references for the reconstruction of a large number of idle bridge machines and sees significant economic benefits.
