城市群城际铁路网规划中环境影响分析及环保措施研究

在国家发布城市群综合交通规划之际,以关中城市群城际铁路网规划为研究背景,对城市群城际铁路网规划线路涉及区域的生态、噪声、振动、水、大气、电磁辐射、固废、社会环境等进行环境影响分析,提出城市群城际铁路网规划方案的优化调整建议与明确环保措施要求,指导城市群城际铁路网规划在符合国家环境政策下的优化和规划建设,最大限度减少因路网规划不当和建设失序对所在区域的不利环境影响。

Analysis of Environmental Impact of Intercity Railway Network Planning and Environmental Protection Measures

Comprehensive and thorough analysis of environmental impact of intercity railway network is expected to reduce its hazards to environment in the planned areas. This paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of generated noise,vibration,electromagnetic radiation and solid waste in the process of railway construction and railway operation on ecological and social environment in planned areas. And,based on this analysis,the paper proposes advices to adjust and optimize intercity railway network planning and specify the related environmental protection measures,so as to guarantee compliance of the program with the national environment policy and minimize negative impacts due to improper railway network planning and disorganized construction.
