大跨度桥上钢轨伸缩调节器区轨道病害分析与监测研究

摘    要:通过对我国大跨度桥上梁端钢轨伸缩调节器及梁缝处抬轨装置的调研和现场实测,得出该区域轨道结构可出现的病害有轨道几何形位保持不良、混凝土轨枕与钢枕歪斜、混凝土轨枕拉裂、剪刀叉发生弯曲或扭曲、钢枕或混凝土轨枕与梁端挡砟墙间顶死等。通过理论分析,得出病害发生的主要原因是由于轨排框架左右枕端道床阻力不等导致轨排变成平行四边形,从而导致轨枕及悬挂式钢枕发生歪斜,剪刀叉发生弯曲或扭曲,严重时还导致轨枕开裂。针对病害的预防和整治,提出应对钢轨伸缩调节器区轨道结构开展监测,并详细介绍监测的内容及方法。

Defects Analysis and Monitoring Research on Track in Rail Expansion Joint Area on Large Span Bridge

Abstract:Based on the research and field measurement of rail expansion joint at beam end and rail lift device at beam joint on China's large span bridges,this paper analyzes the track operation condition of this section and concludes that the such defects may appear in track structures as poor track geometry,skewing of concrete and steel sleeper,cracking of concrete sleeper,bending or twisting of scissors fork,getting stuck between steel or concrete sleeper and ballast retaining walls at the end of beam. The theoretical analysis shows that the main reason is the unequal ballast resistance around the sleeper on the track panel framework,which results in parallelogram of the track panel,leading consequently to sleeper and hanging steel skewing and scissors fork bending or twisting,and even sleeper cracking.Aiming at defects prevention and control,this paper proposes contents and approaches in the monitoring of rail structures in rail expansion joint area.
