摘    要:保定市乐凯大街跨保定南站主桥为(145+240+110)m子母塔单索面转体斜拉桥,子塔及母塔采用双转体施工,其转体长度和转体质量均创造了新的世界纪录。首次提出新型球面平铰及其分块拼接技术,大大降低了转铰结构的质量,并解决了转体施工向大吨位、大跨径方向发展的关键技术问题。在设计中,对桩基、转铰、主梁、合龙段外钢模、主塔等采用一系列的新方案新工艺。超宽W形主梁结合顶板加强竖肋的设计思路,在减轻梁体自重的同时,解决了超宽大跨箱室的横向受力问题。针对该桥在设计中创新技术进行详尽的介绍总结,为今后同类大吨位转体桥梁的设计研究提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The main bridge of Lekai Street across Baoding South Railway Station in Baoding City is(145+240+110) m single-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge with main-tower and sub-tower. The main-tower and sub-tower are both conducted by rotating method, setting new world records in rotation length and weight. The new flat hinge with spherical sliding surface and its block-splicing technology are proposed for the first time, which have greatly reduced the weight of the hinge structure and solved the key technical problems of the construction of the rotating body of large tonnage and large span. In the design, a series of new schemes and technologies are adopted for pile foundation, rotating hinge, main girder, steel mold outside closing section, main tower, etc. The design concept of the super-wide w-shaped main girder combined with the top flange to strengthen the vertical ribs can reduce the beam body weight and solve the transverse stress problem of the super-wide cross-box chamber. This paper gives a detailed summary of the innovative technologies in the design of this bridge, and provides references for the design and research of similar large-tonnage rotation bridges in the future.
