苏州轨道交通2号线盾构区间隧道设计的特点与难点

结合苏州轨道交通2号线盾构区间隧道的设计,针对盾构隧道下穿沿线大量房屋,深入研究不同房屋建筑的沉降控制标准、盾构同步注浆和二次注浆参数、盾构掘进参数、监控方案等,提出了明确的保护实施方案;对线路绕避桥梁、桥梁拆除和盾构机直接切割桥桩方案做了技术比选,重点介绍盾构机切割桥桩的实施要求如盾构机刀盘改造、桥梁截桩保护、掘进施工和盾构隧道加强措施等;对盾构隧道下穿铁路站场,根据城际高速铁路和普速铁路不同的沉降控制标准,研究制定了不同的加固方案,结合铁路站场改造协调制定了具体的加固实施方案。

Characteristics and Difficulties in Design of Shield Tunnel on Suzhou Track Transit No. 2 Line

With reference to the design of the shield tunnel on Suzhou track transit No. 2 line,this paper defines the protection program with respect to the passing of shield tunnel through building blocks along the line and based on the extensive study of the settlement control criteria for different buildings,parameters for shield simultaneous grouting and second grouting,parameters for shield excavation and monitoring plan. Technical comparison is conducted of the line bypassing bridges,bridge demolishment,and plan of cutting piles directly by shield machine. Requirements for cutting bridge piles by shield machine are addressed,such as modification of cutter,protection of cut piles,excavation and shield tunnel reinforcing measures. Different reinforcement programs are drawn out for the passing of shield tunnel under railway yard according to different settlement standards relating to intercity high speed railway and normal speed railway,and detailed reinforcing program is prepared in coordination with the upgrading of railway yard.
