蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道设计活载选用初探

摘    要:简要介绍我国重载铁路机车及货车的基本概况、国外重载铁路的轴重标准以及蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道的主要运输特点,分析了不同运输方式活载图式的选择不仅取决于本线运营列车活载及其预留发展储备,尚需考虑相关既有线的实际情况的选用原则。通过对周边既有线桥涵的调研,研究了既有线桥涵对不同轴重的适应性,最后通过对不同活载图示、荷载效应及配套规范的使用情况分析,得出了蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道宜优先采用ZH活载(Z=1.0)设计,或按UIC71活载(α=1.0)设计,并按中-活载(2005)长大重车检算图式进行相关检算的结论。

Preliminary Study for Selection of Design Live Load of Coal Transportation Railway Line from Western Inner Mongolia to Central China
Abstract:The general situation of the locomotives and freight trains in our country's heavy haul railway,the axle load standards of foreign heavy haul railway,and the main transportation characteristics of the coal transportation railway line from Western Inner Mongolia to Central China are briefly introduced in this paper.Then the principle of selection is analyzed,that is: the selection of live load diagram under different transportation mode depends not only on the live load of operational train of itself line,and on its development-reserved margin,but also on the actual situation of relevant existing railway lines.Furthermore,by investigating the bridges and culverts on the existing railways in peripheral zone,the adaptability of the existing bridges and culverts to different axle loads is researched.Finally,by analyzing on the use condition of different live load diagrams and effects and standards,the conclusion is drawn out,that is: the design of the coal transportation railway line from Western Inner Mongolia to Central China should be designed preferentially according to ZH live load(Z=1.0),or according to UIC71 live load(α=1.0),also the relevant checking calculation based on the checking calculation diagram for super long-heavy haul train under China-live-load(2005) should be carried out.
