长(沙)昆(明)客运专线轨道结构设计综述

摘    要:系统总结长昆客运专线无砟轨道结构设计技术,主要包括CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道、CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道、过渡段轨道设计、钢轨伸缩调节器设置等,结合长昆客运专线项目的特点,对其轨道系统设计中的难点和重点进行介绍。无砟轨道结构形式应根据线下工程类型合理确定,集中成段铺设。山区铁路宜采用CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道,为减少温度调节器的设置,大跨度连续梁地段可采用CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道,特殊大跨度桥梁地段宜设置钢轨伸缩调节器,无砟轨道路基与桥梁过渡地段应设置过渡措施。

Design Summary of Track Structure of Changsha-Kunming Dedicated Passenger Line

Abstract:This paper summarizes the design of ballastless track structure of Changsha- Kunming dedicated passenger line,including CRTS Ⅰ double block ballastless track,CRTS Ⅱ type slab track,transition section and the arrangement of rail expansion joint. With reference to the characteristics of Changsha-Kunming dedicated passenger line,the difficulties and key issues in the design of rail system are introduced to provide references for other similar projects. The form of ballastless track structure should be reasonably determined according to the types of substructure works and the track laying should be conducted in full sections. Railway lines in mountainous areas should adopt CRTSI double block ballastless track in order to reduce the quantity of rail temperature regulator. Large-span continuous beam sections may adopt CRTS Ⅱ Slab track, and extra-long-span bridges should be provided with rail expansion joint. The ballastless track subgrade and transition section shall employ transitional measures.
