玄武岩纤维金属复合筋增强CRTSⅡ型轨道板的试验研究

摘    要:在高速铁路谐振式轨道电路的传输性能控制上,采用的绝缘处理方法会导致钢筋与混凝土的粘结力变低和钢筋网片的绝缘性能变差等问题,纤维金属复合筋为解决这一问题提供了有效途径。对玄武岩纤维金属复合筋(以下简称BFST)无砟轨道板开展数值模型模拟和静力试验研究工作。结果表明:数值模拟结果和试验结果较为相近,数值分析模型可靠,BFST筋轨道板具有较好的延性,满足承载力要求。

Study on the Test of the CRTSII Slab Reinforced with Basalt-fiber-steel-tendon

Abstract:The insulation treatment to improve the resonant track circuit transmission performance on high-speed railway may lead to poor bond between steel and reinforced concrete. Using fiber steel tendon in ballastless track slab is effective to solve the problem. This paper focuses on the test of ballastless track slab with Basalt Fiber Steel Tendon( referred to as BFST) by means of numerical simulation and static testing. The results show that the results of numerical simulation and test are similar,the model of numerical analysis is reliable, The CRTSII slab reinforced with basalt-fiber-steel-tendon has good ductility,and the bearing capacity meets the requirements.
