摘    要:在传统质监模式难以应对监管困境及信息技术广泛应用于质量管理领域的双重背景下,工程质量政府监督管理部门对工程建设质量管理智能化的吁求日渐高涨。应用"顶层设计"理论,建立以"一平台、多系统、无缝隙、全方位"为核心的工程建设质量管理智能化顶层设计整体框架;从业务架构、数据架构、应用架构、技术架构、安全架构等五方面对总体架构展开论述,以数据标准为抓手、以管理办法为助推器、以智能化平台为实施载体,实现"数据自动采集、实时上传、建筑材料与实际构件一一对应"的核心目标。研究遵循大数据理念形成可分析、可追溯的质量数据库,致力于对质量形成全过程的动态监控、全面监管,数据管理方式与配套管理制度的无缝对接、相辅相成,实现了工程建设质量管理"以数据说话、凭数据决策、靠数据管理、用数据创新"的智能化创新模式。

Research on Framework and Realization Method of Engineering Construction Quality Management Intelligentization

Abstract:Under the dual backgrounds that the traditional quality supervision mode can hardly deal with the dilemma of regulation and the information technology is widely used in the field of quality management, the government departments of engineering quality supervision and management have a rising appeal for engineering construction quality management intelligentization. Basing on the theory of top-level design, this paper establishes an overall framework of the top-level design of engineering construction quality management intelligentization with the core of"one platform, multi-system, seamless and all-round", and discusses the overall architecture from five aspects: business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and security architecture. To fulfill the core goal of "automatic data acquisition, real-time uploading and the correspondence of building materials to actual components", the paper takes the data standard as the starting point, the management method as the booster and the intelligent platform as the carrier. Based on the big data concept, analyzable and traceable quality database is created, dynamic monitoring and comprehensive supervision are conducted, and seamless connection between data management and relevant procedures is fulfilled during the whole process of quality formation. Thus, intelligent innovation model of engineering construction quality control is realized by means of data support in speaking, decision-making, managing and innovating.
