| 摘 要： | 结合我国铁路路网的规划,通过对多个项目速度目标 值选择的研究过程及结果,阐述铁路速度目标值的选择应根据 路网规划、正在研制和开发的机车类型、线路承担的主要运量、 沿线地形条件等因素综合考虑确定,提出了客运专线、客货混 运铁路速度目标值应研究的范围及铁路速度目标值研究的步 骤和应考虑的因素。

| Abstract: | According to general planning of railway net in China, and researches on determination of target values of many railway projects, it is stated that consideration should be given to such factors as railway net planning, type of locomotives, primary traffic types, and landform conditions along the line. The scope and processes of study were put forward for determination of speed target values of passenger dedicated railways and passenger-freight mixed railways. |
