青藏铁路格拉段运输能力分析

摘    要:依据新建青藏铁路格拉段设计资料,按把全段分成一段和分成二段两种情况分别计算区间通过能力及货物输送能力。分析得出,仅在不预留"天窗"情况下,按格尔木~那曲和那曲~拉萨两段分别计算,年输送能力满足各段近、远期的运量需求;而在全年或半年每日预留180min"天窗"和按全段计算的各种情况,输送能力都不能完全满足运量需求。研究提出,在不开通预留车站条件下,在部分区间增设计轴装置并在相应区间采取列车连发运行,输送能力会随计轴设备设置数量的增加有不同程度的提高,根据需要在部分区间增设计轴设备后,可满足设计年度运量需求。

Abstract:On the basis of the design papers of the Golmud-Lhasa section of Qinghai-Tibet railway that is under construction, in consideration of one-section and two-section calculations, the transportation capacity and freight carrying capacity are calculated. The analysis points out that under the condition of leaving no window for maintenance, the annual transportation capacity of the section between Golmud and Naqu and the section between Naqu and Lhasa is respectively calculated and the traffic demands in the near future and distant future can be met. But if there is 180 minutes window per day reserved for maintenance for the whole year or a half-year, when all the situation of the whole section is considered, the carrying capacity fails to live up to the whole requirement. The study points out that under the condition that the reserved stations will not be opened to traffic, axle-counting devices can be installed on some sections and on these sections the trains can be dispatched consecutively. The carrying capacity will increase with the number of the axle-counters installed. So when axle-counters are installed on some sections the annual traffic demands can be met under such a condition.
