连续梁桥上无缝线路附加力研究

摘    要:以往对钢轨、轨枕及梁跨结构三者之间产生相对位移的计算模型,没有考虑轨枕位移的影响。在吸收国内外研究成果的基础上,建立了考虑钢轨、轨枕、梁体相互作用的连续梁桥上无缝线路梁、轨相互作用力学模型,并用该模型分析连续梁桥上无缝线路附加力分布规律,对两种力学模型计算结果进行对比。结果表明,挠曲附加力及断轨力受扣件阻力影响很大,降低幅度最多,伸缩附加力受扣件阻力影响小些,降低幅度次之;制动附加与扣件阻力关系不大,钢轨断缝值受扣件阻力影响很大,降低扣件阻力将导致断缝增大。

Abstract:The rail, sleeper and beam have distinct relative displacement. In the former mechanics model,the influence of the displacement of the sleeper is not taken into account. A new mechanics model of the interaction between the cwr an d the rail on a continuous beam bridge that has taken account of the interaction of the rail, sleeper and the beam is established. The distribution rule of the additional longitudinal forces of cwr is analyzed with this model. The calculati on of the two mechanics models is compared. The results show that the bending ad ditional longitudinal force and rail snapping force are greatly influenced by th e resistance of fasteners and the reduction amplitude is the greatest. The addit ional force due to the expand and shrink of the beam is less distinct influenced by the resistance of fasteners and the reduction amplitude is less than the for mer. The additional force due to the braking is not greatly related to the resis tance of fasteners. The snapping of the rail increases sharply with the loose of the fasteners and the reduction of resistance of fasteners will lead to greater rail break.
