摘    要:提出了频率响应函数估计的试验研究方法,并以构架振动为输入、车体响应为输出来研究车辆的二系悬挂减振性能。分析表明,SW—160型转向架的二系悬挂在0.5Hz和1.7Hz附近有较高的横向传递率,而209HS型转向架在1.8Hz附近的垂向传递率比SW—160型转向架高。运用SPAMP方法找到了SW—160型转向架横向传递率较高的原因,据此调整了二系悬挂,重新进行了在线测试和试验分析。构架至车体响应的频响函数估计表明,调整二系悬挂后,SW—160型转向架在0.5Hz和1.7Hz处的横向传递得到了有效的控制,横向减振性能显著提高。

Abstract:The test research method of the frequency response function estimation is put forward. With the frame vibration as the input, the carbody as the output, the secondary suspension damping performance of rolling stock is researched. The analysis shows that the secondary suspension of SW-160 bogie has fairly high lateral transfer rate near 0.5 Hz and 1.7 Hz, and the vertical transfer rate of 209HS bogie near 1.8 Hz is higher than that of SW-160. The cause to high lateral transfer rate of the SW-160 bogie has been found out with the SPAMP method, hence, the secondary suspension is adjusted, and the on-track testing and the test analysis is made once more. The frequency response function estimation between the bogie frame and the carbody response shows that the lateral transfer rate of SW-160 bogie near 0.5 Hz and 1.7 Hz has been controlled effectively, and the lateral damping performance is improved remarkably.
