| 摘 要： | 通过合理选择旋压制动缸前盖和劈开式活塞的旋压工艺参数,确定了制动缸前盖采用剪切旋压工艺取代冲压工艺、活塞采用非对称劈开工艺、制动缸全面实现代铸造工艺的工艺方案,为实现旋压系列化奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Via reasonably selection of the spinning technology parameters of the non-pressure heads and cleavage pistons of the spinning brake cylinders, the technology scheme is determined that the shear spinning technology is applied to replace the punching technology for the non-pressure heads of spinning brake cylinders, the asymmetrical cleavage technology is applied for pistons, and the casting technology is applied completely on the brake cylinders, so as to lay a foundation to realize the serialization of spinning. |
