摘    要:通过腐蚀疲劳、应力腐蚀相结合的方法模拟“服役—停放”状态,研究了不同加速周期下Al-Zn-Mg合金型材的疲劳强度、腐蚀疲劳强度,并通过灰色理论模型预测了Al-Zn-Mg合金材料疲劳强度的衰减规律。结果表明:Al-Zn-Mg合金型材的常规疲劳强度、腐蚀疲劳强度会随模拟加速试验周期的延长而衰减,腐蚀疲劳条件下Al-Zn-Mg合金型材的性能衰减比常规疲劳条件下的性能衰减更快。

Abstract:In this paper,the fatigue strength and corrosion fatigue strength of Al-Zn-Mg alloy profiles under different acceleration cycles are studied by simulating the“service-stop”state with the combination of corrosion fatigue and stress corrosion.The attenuation law of fatigue strength of Al-Zn-Mg alloy is predicted by grey theory model.The results show that the conventional fatigue strength and corrosion fatigue strength of Al-Zn-Mg alloy profiles decrease with the extension of the simulated accelerated test cycle.The performance degradation of Al-Zn-Mg alloy profiles under corrosion fatigue conditions is faster than that under conventional fatigue conditions.
