高速氧化铝粒子冲蚀下高锰钢的磨损特性

摘    要:本文通过对高锰钢的磨损表面形貌、磨屑形貌和次表层硬度的分析等手段研究了高速氧化铝粒子(200m/s)冲蚀下高锰钢的磨损特性。结果表明,在高速氧化铝粒子冲蚀下,高锰钢仍具有典型延性材料的冲蚀磨损特性。磨损机理在低角冲蚀时为显微切削、犁沟及薄层脱落,而在高角冲蚀时则主要为薄层脱落。由于加工硬化和应变诱发马氏体效应而形成的表面硬化层使高锰钢的磨损分为两个阶段:初始阶段和稳定阶段,初始阶段的磨损率高于稳定阶段的磨损率。低角冲蚀时,此表面硬化层可以提高高锰钢的耐磨性,而在高角冲蚀时,此表面硬化层对耐磨性有不利影响。

The Study of Erosion Behaviors of High Manganese Steel Under High Velocity Impacting of Alundum Particles
Abstract:In this paper, erosion behaviors of high manganese steel under high velocity impacting of alundum particles (200m/s) have been investigated by erosion surface morphology,debris morphology and hardness of subcrust analysis. The results show that under the high velocity impacting of alundum particles, high manganese steel has typal erosion behaviors of ductile metals. Erosion mechanisms are microcutting, furrowing and platelet spalling at low impingement angle and is platelet spalling at high impingement angle. The erosion process divides into initial stage and steady stage because of case-hardening layer by work harden and strain induced martensite effect. Erosion rate of initial stage is higher than that of steady stage. The case-hardening layer of high manganese steel is favourable to erosion resistance at low impingement angle, but it is unfavourable for erosion resistance at high impingement angle.
