基于传递矩阵法的车辆振动特性分析

摘    要:针对车辆系统的振动特性,建立一种柔性车体动力学模型,根据车辆结构的局部相似性,将车辆系统划分为多个子结构,利用拉普拉斯变换推演了子系统的传递矩阵,并且将其应用于整个车辆系统.应用传递矩阵比较分析了车辆系统的振动模态和简谐激励响应,结合拉普拉斯逆变换分析了轨道不平顺度引起的时域随机振动响应.结果表明,传递矩阵法分析车辆系统动态特性具有较好的精确性,车体加速度随车辆运行速度增加而增大;而且传递矩阵法有利于简化模型,减少计算量.

Abstract:A flexible body dynamics model is presented according to the vibration characteristics of a vehicle system.Because of a local similarity of the vehicle structure,the vehicle system can be divided into several sub-structures.By using Laplace transformation,a transfer matrix of the subsystem is obtained,and it is pretty good to be applied to the entire vehicle system.The analysis of the vibration modes and harmonic excitation response of the vehicle systems are researched and compared by the transfer matrix method.Then in combination with the inverse Laplace transform,the random vibration time domain responses caused by the track irregularity are achieved.The results show that the transfer matrix method has good accuracy for dynamic characteristics of the vehicle system,the body acceleration increases with the vehicle speed and the transfer matrix method is conducive to simplify the model and reduce the amount of computation.
