儒礼教育与服务类高职院特色校园文化建设研究

构建特色校园文化是和谐校园建的重要内容,也是实现高职院校人才培养目标、体现办学特色的必要条件。针对现代服务业对从业人员的礼仪修养和思想品质素养越来越看重,对服务类高职院校而言,通过儒礼教育来建设以礼文化为代表的特色校园文化,既有利于促进高职办学水平,又有利于提升学生的综合素质,从而大力提高服务业高职教育吸引力。本文以辽宁现代服务职业技术学院为例,重点探讨如何通过儒礼教育,建设以礼文化为代表的服务类高职院特色校园文化。

Ritual Education and Service Characteristics of Higher Vocational College Campus Culture Construction Research

Construction of characteristic campus culture is an important content of harmonious campus construction.It reflects the characteristics of necessary conditions to achieve the goal of higher vocational education.Etiquette culture for modern service industry to the employees and thought quality accomplishment is more and more valuable.To the service class in higher vocational colleges,through ritual education represented by the ritual culture characteristic campus culture construction,it is beneficial to promote higher vocational education levels,and is helpful for promoting the comprehensive qualities of students,so as to improve the service of higher vocational education.Based on the modern service in Liaoning Vocational and Technical College as an example,the article discusses how to through the ritual education,construction of service classes represented by ritual culture school characteristic campus culture in vocational colleges.
