情景教学法在高校外语阅读理解课堂教学中的应用

摘    要:阅读理解是英语教学中的一项重要教学内容,是大学英语课堂教学的核心。情境教学法通过运用多媒体、实物演示、实验操作、角色扮演等各种手段能够有效创建课堂教学情境,将学习者带入目标语学习的氛围和环境中去,对帮助学生英语理解文本内容颇有益处。本文旨在讨论如何将情景教学法应用于高校外语阅读理解课堂教学活动,以更好地培养学生英语的阅读理解能力,提高高校英语阅读理解教学的课堂教学质量。

Abstract:Reading is an important part to teach and a core curriculum in College English Teaching. The situational teaching method refers to the teaching method that the teachers on purpose adopt an approach to lead students into a certain emotional and concrete situation in the process of English teaching. In details, it simulates the communicative situation, allowing students to perform short dramas or dialogues and using various tools (such as using multimedia, visual illustration, experiment operation, role play) to help students understand and use English better in class. This article discusses how to properly use the situational teaching method and improve both the ability of students' reading and classroom teaching quality.
