层黏连蛋白及其受体在正常绒毛和绒癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨层黏连蛋白(LN)及层黏连蛋白受体(LN-R)与滋养细胞侵袭的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法,观察正常早期妊娠绒毛和绒癌组织中LN、LN-R的表达。结果在正常绒毛组织中从绒毛、细胞柱到浸润的绒毛外滋养细胞,随着滋养细胞侵袭力的增加,LN及LN-R的表达呈下降趋势。绒癌组织的LN表达较正常绒毛明显减弱,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在滋养细胞侵袭的过程中,LN和LN-R起着重要作用。

The expression of LN and LN-R in different regions in first-trimester villi and choriocarcinoma and its significance

Objective To explore the relationship between laminin (LN), laminin receptor (LN-R) and the invasion of trophoblastic cells. Methods Immunohistochemicl method was used to detect the expression of LN and LN-R in human villi during the first trimester and choriocarcinoma. Results There was a gradual loss of LN and LN-R as trophoblast was transformed from the villous phenotype, through the trophoblastic columns, into the extravillous population in human villi during the first trimester. The expression of LN in choriocarcinoma was lower than that in human villi during the first trimester and the different expression of LN between them was significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion LN and LN-R might play an important role in the invasion of trophoblastic cells.
