| 摘 要： | 采用喉罩通气 ,用于 6 0例腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉 ,观察 CO2 气腹对循环和肺通气的影响及高 CO2 血症。结果 :充气腹后心率、血压、气道阻力明显增加 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,Pa CO2 升高不显著 ,但放气腹后显著升高 ( P <0 .0 1 )。无缺氧现象。认为术中应积极预防心率、血压增高 ,术毕加强监护避免高 CO2 血症。

| Abstract: | To observe the influence of artificial pneumoperitoneum with carbon dioxide on circulation ,lung ventilation and hypercapnia, 60 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were anesthetized with ventilation of laryngeal mask.Results showed that the heart rate ,blood pressure and airway pressure obviously increased after filling carbon dioxide (P<0 01).Artery blood pressure of carbon dioxide did not increase,but obviously increased after discharging carbon dioxide (P<0 01).No oxygen deficiency appeared.So we should actively prevent the increase of heart rate and blood pressure during operation and enhance post operation monitor to prevent hypercapnia. |
