| 摘 要： | 对钢轨闪光对焊接头断裂的组织进行了研究，结果表明，焊缝存在氧化物夹杂及不良组织形态，是接头的薄弱区域，经焊后热处理，焊缝组织以改善，但接头硬度峰值明显削减，硬度分布趋于均匀。

| Abstract: | The Microstructure investigation of rail flash butt welding joint after rupture is introduced.The experimental results show that the Oxide inclusion and Non -carbon ferrite are weak injoint. Microstructure of weld metal is difficult to improve by normalizing, but hardness peak ofjoint is decreased, and hardness tends to distribute evenly. |
