| 摘 要： | 以轮机英语会话课程教学为例,运用教学日记、课堂录音、问卷调查、观摩同行教学等方法进行反思型教学实践.实践证明,反思型教学法能有效地实现专业英语教师在职自我发展,提高教学水平,是船员英语培训水平提高的一条新路.
