钢筋混凝土桥梁实用碳化模型

摘    要:一般大气环境下,混凝土碳化是钢筋锈蚀的前提条件,也是衡量混凝土材料耐久性能的一个重要指标,然而,由于实测碳化深度存在较大的离散性,为准确预测带来很大困难.本文基于混凝土成熟度理论和混凝土强度发展模型,结合在役钢筋混凝土桥梁的历史检测数据,对目前混凝土碳化预测模型进行评估,选取合理的模型类型和参数,建立了钢筋混凝土桥梁实用碳化模型.通过与实际桥梁典型部位的碳化数据对比,表明模型计算结果符合实际桥梁碳化检测结果.

Abstract:In general atmospheric environments, carbonation is one major cause of reinforcement corrosion. The kinetics of the CO2 penetration through concrete is often used to characterize the durability properties of the material. However, due to the fact that the inspecting results in constructed bridges are discrete, it is difficult to forecast carbonation depth accurately. In this work, an overall theoretical and practical method is developed by considering the universal data in constructed bridges, evaluating the existing models in predicting the depth of carbonation, choosing appropriate styles of models and parameters. Finally, inspection data from bridges with different ages and strength are investigated through performing numerical analysis. It is found that the numerical results are consistent with experimental data.
