基于二维CVA分析法的逆向物流管理

逆向物流管理是完善物流系统以实现其循环统一的一个重要、新兴的物流领域。然而，由于管理理念及其本身复杂性的局限，逆向物流在我国的发展较为缓慢。通过介绍逆向物流的概念及实现形式，提出利用二维CVA分析方法对逆向供应链中流动的物品进行分类，可以实现资源的优化配置。

Reverse Logistics Management Based on Two-dimensional CVA Analysis Method

Reverse logistics management is an important and emerging logistics domain for perfecting logistics system and achieving its circulation and unity. However, limited by management idea and its complexity, the reverse logistics develops slowly in China. On the basis of introducing the concept and the realization forms of the reverse logistics, the paper proposes a two-dimensional CVA analysis method to classify the floating goods in the reversion supply chain for realizing optimal distribution of resources.
