A Way to Renaissance and Harmony of Humanity: Another Interpretation of the Essence of Civil Law and Economic Law

Humanity is a natural psychological inclination of man in the process of survival and evolution.Groups,organizations,states and law are bound to appear along with the evolution,confliction and adaptation of humanity.In a state system,humanity is restrained while being protected.Civil law reclaims a new land for the liberation of humanity in the state system by way of excluding state power.Based on what civil law does to benefit humanity,economic law further breaks the fetters of a state system on humanity,which fills the remedial gap of civil law and secures the harmony.Thus,respecting civil law and economic law is of great importance for a sagacious government to build a harmonious society.
