论法政治学的创立

法政治学在中国的创立具有现实和学理的双重依据,是历史发展的时代要求。创立法政治学学科的根据,在于法律与政治之间的密切关系,尤其是二者之间的交叉重叠关系。这种关系为法政治学的创立提供了最坚实的基础。本文拟对这一关系予以法政治学视角的初步研究,并进而论证法政治学的学科定位,历史发展和学科意义,以期为中国法政治学的创立,提供最基本的理论解说。

On the Establishment of the Politics of Law

The establishment of the politics of law in China is available so far as practice and theory are concerned and is required by China's historical development. The close relationship between law and politics, especially the interweaving and overlapping between the two, plays an important role in the creation of an interdisciplinary subject. This relationship serves as a firm foothold for the politics of law. After making a preliminary study of the relationship from the angle of the politics of law, this paper furthers its analysis to the status, historical development and academic values of the science of the politics of law in the hope that it will provide some ideas for the establishment of Chinese politics of law.
